Admin Console

The control room. Compliance configures the entire onboarding flow per client type — documents, form questions, conditional logic, KYC, tax forms, and eSign templates — without engineering involvement.

What this screen is

You will not see this screen. It is operated by Velocity Capital compliance staff before you receive your onboarding invitation.

This is where your team configures every onboarding flow. Four client types are supported out of the box — Professional Trader, Hedge Fund, Intro Broker-Dealer, and Retail — each with its own document grid, form questions, and conditional logic.

Renders the configuration document for the selected client type. Configuration is persisted to Supabase (onboarding_configs) and versioned. Publishing emits a new published_config row that the client portal reads at session start.

Why it exists

FINRA Rule 4512 · Customer Account Information Member firms must collect, retain, and verify specific customer information at account opening, varying by account type. This module makes that requirement configurable per client type rather than hard-coded.

SEC Rule 17a-3 · Books and Records Account-opening records must be retained for at least 6 years. Every publish event is versioned and timestamped.

What the operator does

Select a client type tab (Pro Trader / Hedge / Intro BD / Retail)
Add, reorder, or remove required documents in the grid
Toggle per-document flags: eSign, AI Pre-fill, KYC required
Open the panel tabs to edit Form Questions, Conditional Logic, KYC, Tax Forms, eSign Templates, Notifications, Roles, Branding
Click Preview to open the client portal in a new tab
Click Publish to push the config live
